1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 888fw. By accessing or using the 888fw website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Platform, regardless of whether you have registered an account.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of 888fw following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and govern the English-language version of the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "888fw," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform and the provider of the services described herein.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account required to place bets, make deposits, or access certain features of the Platform.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on a sports event, casino game, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in your Account, including deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by 888fw, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals.
• "IDR" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To register an Account and use the services offered by 888fw, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 888fw enforces strict age verification procedures. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (KTP for Indonesian residents) to verify your age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located in Indonesia at the time of accessing the Platform. 888fw does not accept customers from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one Account per person, per household, per IP address. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 888fw or any other gambling operator.

By registering an Account, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify 888fw immediately of any changes to your personal information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To place bets or access certain features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing the following information: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (IDR). You will also be required to create a username and secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify 888fw immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 888fw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, 888fw requires you to complete the KYC verification process. You will be asked to upload a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and, in some cases, photographic confirmation (selfie holding your ID). This process helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of your first withdrawal request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. 888fw reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your Account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. 888fw reserves the right to close any Account that violates this provision and to forfeit any remaining Balance.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

888fw supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallet deposits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, please contact our customer support team via live chat. 888fw does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account. Deposits made from accounts associated with criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Sunday). VIP Silver and Gold members benefit from priority processing, with most withdrawals completed in under 15 minutes.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Your first withdrawal will require document submission and manual review, which may take up to 48 hours. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified bank account are processed automatically.

888fw reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits for security purposes. The default weekly withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 for standard accounts and Rp 500,000,000 for VIP accounts. Higher limits may be requested by contacting customer support.

Withdrawal requests may be declined if: (a) you have not completed KYC verification; (b) you have active bonus wagering requirements; (c) your account is flagged for suspicious activity; (d) you attempt to withdraw to a third-party account; or (e) your account balance is insufficient.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Your Account Balance is displayed in IDR. If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

888fw offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiration periods. These terms are disclosed on the relevant promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a 100% deposit bonus of Rp 500,000 with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 30,000,000 (Rp 1,000,000 × 30) before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: football betting typically counts 100%, live casino games may count 20%, and some slots may count 10% or be excluded entirely.

Bonus Abuse: 888fw reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and close your Account if we determine you are engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting software errors; or any other activity designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposited funds (minus any losses) will be available for withdrawal.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 888fw are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed, except in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds displayed due to a technical malfunction). 888fw reserves the right to void any bet if we determine that the outcome was affected by fraudulent activity, match-fixing, technical errors, or other integrity concerns.

Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits: Each betting market has minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. 888fw reserves the right to accept or reject any bet at our discretion, particularly bets that exceed normal stake limits or appear to be part of suspicious betting patterns.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports authority or competition organizer. In the event of disputes, 888fw's decision is final.

7.2 Football Betting (Bandar Bola)

888fw offers a comprehensive range of football betting markets, including Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, 1X2, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), Correct Score, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. All football bets are settled according to the final score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly specified in the market rules.

Asian Handicap Rules: In Asian Handicap markets, bets may be settled as full win, half win, full loss, half loss, or void (push), depending on the handicap line and the final score. For example, a -0.25 handicap splits your stake between 0 and -0.5. If the favored team wins by exactly one goal, half your stake wins and half is refunded. Mix Parlay Rules: A mix parlay combines multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If one or more selections lose, the entire parlay loses. If one or more selections are void (e.g., due to match postponement), the parlay odds are recalculated excluding the void selection(s).

7.3 Live Casino

Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.) are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. All games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are audited by independent testing laboratories. Bet settlement is based on the outcome determined by the live dealer and recorded by the game software.

In the event of technical issues such as stream disconnection during a live game, your bet remains valid and will be settled according to the recorded outcome once the game is completed. If a game is abandoned before completion due to technical failure, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded.

7.4 Slots & RNG Games

All slot games and RNG-based casino games display their RTP (Return to Player) percentage in the game information panel. RTP is a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes. 888fw does not manipulate game outcomes — all results are determined by the game provider's certified RNG software.

7.5 Togel & Other Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets are settled based on official draw results published by the respective lottery authority. Draw times and result sources are displayed on each market page. In the rare event of a disputed result, 888fw will rely on the official lottery authority's determination.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 888fw. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage, including syndicate betting or chip dumping in live casino games.
• Money Laundering: Using 888fw to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (PPATK) in Indonesia.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between different platforms or markets to guarantee profit.
• Bonus Abuse: As described in Section 6.
• Underage Gambling: Creating an account or placing bets if you are under 21 years of age.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a legitimate deposit transaction. Chargebacks are considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 888fw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, network interruptions, or software errors.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

888fw's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure: 888fw shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to completion of any active wagering requirements). Once your Account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history or any other Account data.

10.2 Termination by 888fw

888fw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee).
• Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other users.

If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. If your Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888fw is licensed and regulated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority, rather than in court.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

Customer Complaint Process: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 888fw's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our internal complaint resolution process. If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to binding arbitration.
